Through Creative Cloud, you’ll be able to select your font from the Fonts menu in Adobe applications and services for desktop publishing - as if you had installed the font yourself. Adobe will not distribute or make your font available to any other user. When you add a font to Creative Cloud, Adobe will not modify it, but we will store the font in Creative Cloud, and may make and distribute copies for your use on computers and other devices where you log in with your Adobe ID. To help you decide, here are some of the ways that fonts are managed when they are added to Creative Cloud with this feature.
ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD FONTS LICENSE
You will have to add the fonts back to the set, if you reactivate them.Make sure to read and understand the end user license agreement (EULA) that describes the permitted rights and uses for your font, and to avoid any feature or workflow that violates your EULA - or abstain from using this feature entirely. If you deactivate fonts on the Adobe Fonts website, they will be removed from Connect Fonts and from any sets you create. You will NOT be able to drag fonts from your Adobe Font Library into other Local, Personal or Team Libraries. You can create sets in the Adobe Fonts library under Third-Party Fonts as you normally would. The activated fonts will appear in the library and will show as activated by default.Once you have added fonts in Adobe, the Adobe Fonts Library will now appear under "Third Party Fonts" in Connect Fonts. In this case, it won’t be clear that this is the case unless you open the Creative Cloud desktop app where you will see this. Due to restrictions imposed by your OS, the system will not allow the font to be correctly activated. The red dot can also mean that there is a duplicate font on your system.Hover over the dot for more information about the issue. In some cases there is a red dot, this means that there is an installation issue. You can see a list of all of the fonts that you have "Added" as well as a list of all the fonts that you have "Installed" and "Removed" on the right hand side of the CC Fonts page, here: Removed fonts are fonts that are NOT active or available anywhere.Installed Fonts are available on your computer at large and in all applications.Activated/Added fonts are available ONLY in Adobe application. Also: Troubleshooting Adding Fonts for assistance.
